Marie Hanson (Bridgman) is the founder of OT Connections. She has a desire to work alongside you and your family to reach your goals and to assist you to maintain yourself in your home while engaging in your community.
Registered as a AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist, Marie has nearly 20 years’ experience working in both New Zealand and Australia in the public and private sector. Her career has included time working in the tertiary education sector, as both a lecturer and clinical placements educator, mentoring students in areas of emerging practice.
Marie has extensive experience working in a range of community and inpatient settings. She is passionate about neurological rehabilitation, gaining a Post Graduate Certificate in Health Sciences which focused on Clinical Rehabilitation.
Using a client a centered approach to her practice, Marie works with adults and their families to focus holistically on the client and their well-being, enabling them to live a meaningful life.
